Job summary
EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Salesforce Technology Transformation within the Studio+ program. You will drive digital transformation programs on the Salesforce platform, guiding both technical and non-technical teams and shaping innovative solutions for clients.
You will partner with business and experience counterparts to manage scope, timelines, costs, and quality, while ensuring client value and sustainable delivery across engagements.
Qualifications
- Typically 10 years of experience with no less than 5-7 years implementing Salesforce with teams of 5+ people.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams of analysts and developers.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with a functional or technical architecture background aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for program delivery and client leadership, with architecture oversight and account growth responsibilities as supplementary to primary role functions.
- Providing leadership and direction up to and including Managers across multiple engagements and accounts.
- Leading teams with broad visibility to achieve solution implementation.
- Managing client relationships, revenue generation, and commercial relationships as needed.
- Travel requirements: Required as needed by external clients.
