Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery within Studio+ and drive digital change for clients. You will partner with business and experience teams to deliver Salesforce-based solutions that align with client goals and EY’s strategic vision.

You will manage scope, timelines, costs, and quality, overseeing both technical and non-technical teams and navigating complex stakeholder dynamics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree); master's degree preferred.
Typically, 10 years of experience with no less than 5–7 years relevant experience implementing Salesforce with teams of 5 or more people.
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams of analysts and developers.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills

Responsibilities

Accountable for program delivery and client leadership, with architecture oversight and account growth responsibilities as supplementary to primary role functions
Providing leadership and direction up to and including Managers across multiple engagements and accounts
Leading teams with broad visibility to achieve solution implementation
Managing client relationships, revenue generation, and commercial relationships as needed
Travel requirements: Required as needed by external clients
