Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery within Studio+. You will lead delivery of complex Salesforce programs, partner with business and experience teams, and drive digital transformation with a focus on scope, timelines, costs and quality.

The role requires managing multi-disciplinary teams, guiding client relationships, and ensuring solutions align with client needs. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master's preferred.
• 10+ years of experience delivering Salesforce programs.
• 5+ years leading teams of analysts and developers.
• Experience aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery and client leadership with architecture oversight.
• Guide managers across engagements and accounts.
• Lead teams to achieve solution implementation.
• Manage client relationships, revenue and commercial aspects.
• Travel as needed by clients.
