Job summary

CapTech is a technology consulting firm delivering digital transformation, software development, and technology consulting services. You will partner with clients on team-based projects across the full Software Development Lifecycle using Agile methodologies.

The role requires 4+ years of technical development and extensive Salesforce/Customer 360 experience, with strong OO programming, database design, and integration skills to architect complex solutions.

Qualifications

• Design and optimize business processes; integrate across systems.
• Client-ready written and oral communications skills.
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce/Customer 360 experience.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant technical development experience.
• Strong background in design/development of large internet or client-server systems or full software lifecycle exposure.
• Good knowledge of OO programming, database design, and the SDLC.
• Experience with technologies like VB, COM, COM+, MSMQ, VB.NET, C#, ASP, ASP.NET, XML, XSL, Web services and SOAP, SQL Server, Oracle.
• Knowledge of Integrations and ETL with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients on team-based projects across the full SDLC using Agile methodologies.
• Manage technical scope and client expectations.
• Lead technical design sessions and architect solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Oversee technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration in Salesforce implementations.
