Job summary

CapTech is seeking skilled technology consultants to partner with clients on team-based projects across the full software development lifecycle, leveraging Agile and modern technologies. The role includes leading design sessions, guiding technical delivery, and supporting developers on complex Salesforce integrations.

We value communication skills, 2+ years Salesforce experience, and 4+ years of development expertise, with a broad stack including VB/COM/.NET and SQL Server.

Qualifications

• Design and optimize business processes and integrate across disparate systems.
• Client-ready written and oral communications skills.
• Minimum 2 years Salesforce/Customer 360 experience.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant technical development experience.
• Strong background in design/development of large systems or full product lifecycle.
• Knowledge of OO programming, database design and SDLC.
• Experience with VB/COM/COM+/MSMQ/VB.NET/C#/ASP/ASP.NET/XML/XSL/ Web services/SOAP/SQL Server/Oracle.
• Knowledge of integrations and 3rd party tools; ETL with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients on team-based projects to deliver solutions across the full SDLC using Agile and modern technologies.
• Manage technical scope and client expectations.
• Lead design sessions and document technical solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Oversee delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration for Salesforce implementations.
• Provide hands-on expert support to developers for technical issues.
• Demonstrate technical thought leadership.
