Qualifications

Design and optimize business processes and integrate across systems.
Strong written and verbal communication with clients.
2+ years of Salesforce/Customer 360 experience.
4+ years of relevant technical development experience.
Experience with large internet/client-server systems or full software lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Partner with clients on team-based projects across the full SDLC using Agile.
Manage technical scope and client expectations.
Lead design sessions and architect/document technical solutions.
Oversee delivery of custom development, integrations and Salesforce data migration.
Provide hands-on guidance to developers and demonstrate thought leadership.
