Job Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Tech Lead with proficiency in SFDC configuration, customization, and development. This position will be full-time and remote.

Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Knowledge of security and compliance considerations in Salesforce implementations, collaborating with teams including Dev-Ops, Support, Operations (I&O), database, network, and security to design, implement, maintain, and monitor solutions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on Salesforce development methodologies, design patterns, coding standards, innovative solutions, and best practices in an agile environment.
  • Understand SFDC architecture and influence design for requirements, collaborating between TE CRM Architects and developers to translate strategies into robust solutions and drive releases.

What You'll Need

  • Approximately 9-10 years of IT experience with at least 7 years on the Salesforce.com platform.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices, with working experience on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ (PROS), FSL, etc.
  • Proficiency in SFDC configuration, customization, and development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other SFDC technologies, with the ability to define scope and manage work packages.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture including configuration, triggers, process builders, workflows, Visualforce, Apex coding, Lightning components, batch processes, and database design.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
  • Strong knowledge of version control and CI/CD implementation using tools like GitHub and Copado.
  • In-depth understanding of security and compliance considerations in Salesforce implementations.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Salesforce Certified Developer or Salesforce Certified Architect preferred.

Physical Demands

  • Sedentary work involving sitting or remaining stationary most of the time, with occasional movement around the office for meetings.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks on a computer using a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
