Title: Salesforce Technical Lead (FSC Experience required)

Duration: 6+ months of contract with possible extension

Location: Remote

Role Summary:

Responsible for developing and implementing Salesforce solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and developing custom Salesforce applications, and providing technical leadership and mentorship to the team. Ensure adherence to best practices in coding and deployment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • 4+ years of experience working on Financial Service Cloud
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant Salesforce experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role
  • Provide architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for Salesforce technologies
  • Design architectural solutions for project implementation
  • Lead work streams or teams managing complex components
  • At least 10 years of programming experience with Salesforce
  • Over 7 years in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture
  • Experience in defining new architectures and leading projects from an architectural perspective
  • Experience across the full project lifecycle in development and maintenance
  • Proficient in agile software development methodologies
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and practice development experience
  • Proven success in managing complex consulting projects
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Salesforce Technical Certifications

Expected annual pay ranges from [$110,000] to [$140,000], with eligibility for Wipro’s standard benefits, including medical, dental, disability insurance, paid time off, and other leave options.
