Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT

• Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and updates
• Ability to write detailed Product Requirements Doc
• Ability to break down requirements into actionable tasks
• Strong user experience focus and data-driven optimization
• Salesforce certification required

Responsibilities

• Define & prioritize the product roadmap balancing budget, timelines, and constraints
• Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Communicate strategy and metrics in regular sync meetings with stakeholders
• Gather inputs, update plans, and communicate impact to stakeholders
• Write use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Be data-driven in decision making and measure value delivered
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
• Maintain an open, team-oriented approach with strong communication
