The role emphasizes technical leadership, governance, and engagement with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact Salesforce solutions and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience with at least 5–6 years as Salesforce Technical Product Owner or Salesforce Consultant, focusing on Sales Cloud.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align technical solutions with sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop a clear technical product strategy and multi-year roadmap for Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Lead Sales Cloud projects and programs with cross-functional IT teams and business partners.
• Design and deploy custom Salesforce solutions that integrate with existing systems.
• Enforce architectural governance and ensure platform stability.
• Identify and reduce technical debt to improve system usability.
• Act as SME for Salesforce Sales Cloud and continuously expand platform knowledge.
• Provide end-user training and guidance to maximize Salesforce adoption.
• Use data-driven insights to prioritize product features and drive business value.
