• Level-Calibrated Experience — P3 (Senior) 4–6 years in product management, business analysis, business systems, or revenue/customer operations.
• Experience owning a backlog end-to-end with cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
• Certifications such as CSPO/SAFe POs, or Salesforce Admin are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Core pod backlog for Salesforce (Sales + Service Cloud) across the customer lifecycle.
• Translate lifecycle requirements into build-ready user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Lead intake, sprint planning, backlog grooming and cross-functional alignment with Architecture and Engineering.
• Maintain Jira intake and sprint hygiene; manage UAT and defined 'done' criteria.
