Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead for an onsite role in Washington, DC. You will oversee development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, guiding teams on best practices and secure, scalable design.

Ideal candidates have strong Salesforce FSC experience, with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and SOQL/SOSL, plus REST/SOAP API integration and onsite/offshore team leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Salesforce FSC solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with REST/SOAP and middleware integrations.
• Security/sharing model and data architecture expertise.
• Proven leadership of onsite/offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce development teams delivering FSC solutions.
• Design and develop scalable applications using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Integrations.
• Guide developers on coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with architects and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
