Job summary

Simplus in Dallas, TX is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to drive FSC implementations with hands-on coding in Apex, LWC, and Flows while guiding a team of developers.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, design integrations, review code, and ensure governance, security, and deployment best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development with proven technical leadership experience.
• Strong Salesforce FSC experience including configuration, customization, and integrations.
• Hands-on coding with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and external integrations.
• Knowledge of governor limits, security, and deployment best practices.
• Experience working with Product Owners and stakeholders in Agile environments.
• Banking/Financial Services experience is a plus.
• Git-based development and CI/CD processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Salesforce FSC solutions and platform enhancements.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and contribute to development efforts.
• Review code and enforce standards for scalable, secure, high-performance solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Mentor Salesforce developers and promote best practices across the team.
• Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, and solution reviews.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and support ongoing platform improvements.
