Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead for an onsite role in Washington, DC. You will oversee development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, guiding teams on best practices and secure, scalable design.

Ideal candidates have strong Salesforce FSC experience, with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and SOQL/SOSL, plus REST/SOAP API integration and onsite/offshore team leadership.

Qualifications

The Role:

Cognizant is seeking a motivated and innovative Salesforce Tech Lead that will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring that they meet our clients' needs and align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with experience various Salesforce Clouds, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 100,000– $ 150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
