Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions with a focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC). This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can actively contribute to development efforts while providing technical guidance, mentoring team members, and driving best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have deep Salesforce development expertise, strong experience with Financial Services Cloud, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Salesforce solutions with a focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and actively contribute to development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations.
• Review code, enforce development standards, and ensure solution quality, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate directly with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
• Mentor and support Salesforce developers, driving technical excellence and best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and solution reviews.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and support ongoing platform enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, governance, and deployment best practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with proven technical leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), including configuration, customization, and integrations.
• Deep expertise in:
• Apex
• Salesforce APIs and Integrations
• Experience developing and maintaining:
• Apex Triggers
• Apex Classes
• Queueable, Batch, Future, and Scheduled Apex
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, object relationships, and security architecture.
• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth, Named Credentials, and enterprise system integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, including governor limits, error handling, and performance optimization.
• Experience working directly with Product Owners and business stakeholders in Agile, cross-functional environments.
• Prior experience within the Banking or Financial Services industry is preferred.
• Experience with Git-based development and CI/CD processes.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Financial Services Cloud Accreditation are preferred.
