Job summary

US staffing Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to drive onsite delivery in Windsor, CT. You will act as the on-site technical lead for Salesforce projects, aligning client requirements with best practices and robust architecture.

You will lead cross-functional teams, design scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and flows, and own CI/CD pipelines and security standards to ensure timely delivery and high quality in an onsite-offshore setup.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Leadership of Salesforce teams across onsite-offshore models.
• Deep technical expertise in Apex, Aura, and LWC.
• Strong understanding of Flows, Triggers, Validation Rules, and Custom Metadata.
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines with Gearset, Copado, Jenkins.
• Proficiency with Salesforce DX, Git, and multi-environment strategies.
• Security, performance optimization, and scalable architecture knowledge.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications required; Architect certifications preferred.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 7+ years in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Proven experience leading Salesforce development teams across onsite-offshore models.
• Deep technical expertise in Apex, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce core platform features — Flows, Triggers, Validation Rules, and Custom Metadata.
• Hands-on experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or similar.
• Proficiency with Salesforce DX, Git, and multi-environment strategy.
• Strong grasp of Salesforce security, performance optimization, and scalable architecture patterns.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications required; Application or System Architect certifications preferred.
• Excellent client communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of integration tools and middleware platforms (REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, etc.).
• Experience with effort estimation, sprint planning, and release management in distributed teams.
