Job description

The Salesforce Tech Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

This role combines deep technical expertise with team leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality CRM implementations.

The Tech Lead collaborates closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce solutions align with business objectives and technical best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud initiatives, from requirements analysis through deployment and post-production support.
  • Architect scalable and high-performance Service Cloud solutions leveraging Omni-Channel, Case Management, Knowledge, CTI, and Live Chat.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
  • Design, develop, and review Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, and integration frameworks in accordance with Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
  • Define, implement, and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and DevOps practices, including version control and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and architects to translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
  • Ensure Salesforce solutions meet security, data integrity, and performance optimization requirements.
  • Participate in solution estimation, technical proposal creation, and pre-sales activities as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • 8+ years of experience implementing Salesforce Service Cloud features such as Omni-Channel, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, Knowledge, and CTI.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security architecture, sharing rules, and governor limits.
  • Proven experience leading development teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams in parallel within complex Salesforce environments.
  • Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with advanced Salesforce capabilities such as Einstein Bots, Field Service Lightning (FSL), or Salesforce Industries.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD automation, DevOps practices, and test-driven development (TDD) in Salesforce environments.
  • Experience delivering enterprise‑scale integrations involving large data volumes and complex business logic.
  • Demonstrated success mentoring teams, conducting code reviews, and driving technical excellence.
