Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead for Enterprise Applications with Salesforce expertise to drive declarative and programmatic customization in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You will own architecture, security, and integrations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data 360 while mentoring teams and partnering with stakeholders.

You will navigate complex data models, optimize governance, and help scale AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors - Computer Engineering, Bachelors - Computer Science, Bachelors - Information Technology, Masters - Software Engineering.
• Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent required.
• Experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Declarative Tools: Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes.
• Object & Field Management: Custom objects, fields, relationships (lookup, master-detail, many-to-many)
• Security & Access: Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, OWD, Sharing Rules, Field-Level Security
• UI Customization: Page Layouts, Record Types, Dynamic Forms, App Builder (Lightning)
• Reports & Dashboards: Custom report types, dynamic dashboards, joined reports
• Apex & LWC: Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, Scheduled Jobs, Future Methods
• Governor Limits: Bulkification, SOQL/DML best practices
• Lightning Web Components (LWC): Component lifecycle, wire service, event handling
• Aura Components: Legacy support and migration to LWC
• Visualforce: Pages, Controllers, Extensions (legacy support)
• Testing: Apex test classes (75%+ coverage), mocking, @TestSetup, assertions
• Integrations: REST & SOAP APIs, Data 360, CDP, MuleSoft, External Services
• Authentication: OAuth 2.0 flows, Connected Apps
• ETL & Data Migration: Data Loader, Workbench, Jitterbit, Talend
• Architecture & Best Practices: Design Patterns, Separation of Concerns
• Source Control: Git, Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, unlocked packages
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Copado
• Metadata API & Tooling API
