Job summary

Genpact LLC seeks a Tech Lead for Enterprise Applications focused on Salesforce. You will design, develop, and optimize Salesforce-based solutions, including declarative configurations, Apex/LWC customizations, and secure data models, while guiding integrations and data migrations.

You will collaborate with architects and stakeholders to drive scalable, compliant implementations and stay current with Salesforce releases and ecosystem tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer engineering, CS, or IT.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g., Czechitas) is preferred.
• Experience delivering Salesforce Enterprise Architecture projects with Lightning, Apex, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Declarative Tools: Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Approvals.
• Manage Object & Field configurations: Custom objects, relationships, field security.
• Security & Access control via Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, OWD.
• UI customization including App Builder, Page Layouts, Dynamic Forms.
• Build Reports & Dashboards; create custom report types and dynamic visuals.
• Develop with Apex & LWC; manage triggers, classes, and batch jobs.
• Ensure scalability through governor limits and bulkification.
• Develop Lightning components (LWC/Aura) and migrate legacy Visualforce.
• Integrations via REST & SOAP APIs; external services & OAuth flows.
• Design Data integration with ETL tools and Data Migration (Dataloader, Workbench).
• Architectural patterns: Service/Domain/Selector; code reviews; source control.
• CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Copado (or similar).
• Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem: Sales, Service, Financial, Data 360, Marketing Clouds.
• AppExchange governance and managed packages.
• Communicate with stakeholders and write technical docs.
