Qualifications
- 15-18 years of IT and business transformation experience.
- 10+ years leading enterprise Salesforce/CRM, sales, pricing or commercial initiatives.
- Deep Salesforce platform expertise required.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, pricing, customer master data, and customer-facing processes preferred.
- Experience supporting large ERP transformations and impacts on integrated apps.
- Proven ability to lead through influence and collaborate across business and technology teams.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, documentation, and executive communication.
- Seasoned Salesforce Architect with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Hands-on Service Cloud experience.
- Define solution architecture and integration approaches aligned with business objectives.
