Communities In Schools, Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Business Systems to administer CIS’s Salesforce environments and integrated applications supporting fundraising and network resources.

You will maintain system health, data integrity, security, and user access, troubleshoot issues, and lead small system improvements. You will support one Salesforce environment with knowledge of both environments to ensure continuity, handle deployments, testing, and training for staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in business systems administration or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data management, security, user access, reporting, dashboards, and integrations.
• Experience troubleshooting, testing changes, and providing practical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service.

Responsabilités

• Maintain Salesforce system health, configurations, security, and platform updates.
• Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, sharing rules, and access reviews.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce flows and Experience Cloud components.
• Lead system improvement projects and document configurations and processes.
• Provide user training and support, create user guides and documentation.
