Job summary

KIPP NYC Schools is seeking a Salesforce System Administrator to join the Shared Services Team in New York. This role will administer and optimize the Salesforce platform supporting student recruitment, enrollment, family engagement, marketing, and advancement.

You will work with cross-functional teams, travel to campuses in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan, and maintain system integrity, data quality, and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Salesforce system administration experience strongly preferred.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience administering Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce Education Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or related Salesforce products preferred.
• Knowledge of system integrations, data synchronization, automation tools, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Salesforce platform for stability, performance, and reliability.
• Manage user provisioning, permissions, profiles, licensing, page layouts, objects, fields, workflows, and configuration.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and automated processes to support decision-making.
• Monitor platform health, data quality, user adoption, and system performance.
• Maintain system documentation and reflect evolving organizational needs.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to increase efficiency.
