Job summary

The National Constitution Center seeks a Salesforce Systems & Applications Manager to serve as the NCC’s primary expert for Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and its integrated systems. You will oversee administration, architecture, data governance, reporting, and Agile delivery with JIRA.

You will manage CRM support, integrations with Marketing Cloud, Tableau, Apsona, and related tools, while partnering with stakeholders to improve processes and data quality for fundraising, education, and visitor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration, implementation, or equivalent systems experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud.
• Demonstrated experience administering and optimizing Salesforce in a complex nonprofit or similarly integrated environment.
• Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, flow automation, security, reporting, data management, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing implementation, administration, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud.
• Lead Salesforce user management, including user setup, access management, profiles and permission sets.
• Serve as internal subject-matter expert for architecture, automation, security, reporting, and best practices.
• Configure objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, automation, reports, dashboards, and user permissions.
• Develop scalable solutions supporting constituent management, fundraising, marketing, communications, events, education, and visitor engagement.
• Manage Salesforce releases, testing, deployments, documentation, and system improvements.
• Lead internal training on Salesforce usage.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for Salesforce enhancements, integrations, technical debt, and future capabilities.
