Job summary

Catalyst Mobility is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Developer to lead a major centralization effort after CALSTART's acquisition of Forth. You will unify two Salesforce environments, drive data migration, and configure memberships and business development workflows in Nonprofit Cloud.

You’ll work with the Platform/Technology team and stakeholders to translate processes into scalable Salesforce solutions, build automations, map data, and ensure the new centralized environment is secure,

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud; must cover nonprofit business processes.
Experience across both Salesforce administration and development (Flow, automation, data modeling, permissions, reporting).
Experience planning Salesforce-to-Salesforce migrations with data mapping & cleansing.
Familiarity with membership, fundraising, constituent management, and business development in Salesforce.
Salesforce certifications (Admin/Platform App Builder/Platform Developer/Nonprofit Cloud) are preferred.

Responsibilities

Help lead the Salesforce centralization effort, migrating Forth data and processes to CALSTART's environment.
Plan and execute Salesforce-to-Salesforce data migration with mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
Configure Membership Services and Business Development workflows using Salesforce automation and custom development.
Partner with stakeholders and Platform/Technology team to translate needs into Salesforce solutions.
Support testing, deployment, documentation, and stabilization of the centralized environment.
