Job summary

The National Constitution Center in Philadelphia seeks a Salesforce Systems & Applications Manager to act as the NCC's primary internal expert for Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and its integrated systems. You will oversee administration, architecture, data governance, reporting, and user adoption while managing partnerships with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years in hands-on Salesforce administration or equivalent systems.
• 3+ years with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud.
• Experience administering and optimizing Salesforce in a complex nonprofit environment.
• Strong configuration, flow automation, security, reporting, data management, and integrations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party apps and managing data flows.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and CRM data standards.
• Experience with Agile delivery and JIRA; familiarity with Tableau and Apsona.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing implementation, administration, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud.
• Serve as subject-matter expert for Salesforce architecture, automation, security, reporting, and best practices.
• Develop scalable solutions supporting constituent management, fundraising, marketing, communications, events, and visitor engagement.
• Manage releases, testing, deployments, documentation, and system improvements.
• Lead internal training on Salesforce usage.
• Develop and maintain a Salesforce enhancements roadmap including integrations and technical debt.
• Support performance and integration with Marketing Cloud, Blackthorn, GoFundMePro, ACME, and Tableau.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to troubleshoot and implement enhancements.
• Support CRM data governance with leadership to establish standards and accountability.
• Monitor data quality across Salesforce and connected systems and resolve data issues.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and custom queries; define KPIs.
• Support BI and data visualization via Salesforce reports, Tableau, and Apsona.
• Champion Salesforce adoption across the organization and drive effective usage.
• Manage relationships with Salesforce, implementation partners, consultants, and technology vendors.
