Job summary

Catalyst Mobility is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Developer to join our team and lead a major centralization effort following the Forth acquisition. The role spans administration, development, data migration, and configuration across Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, with close collaboration to translate processes into scalable solutions.

You will build workflows, map data, and help ensure the centralized environment is secure, maintainable, and ready for long-term use.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud.
Experience in Salesforce admin and development including Flow, automation, data modeling, and integrations.
Proven track record leading data migrations Salesforce-to-Salesforce.
Preferred Salesforce certifications and architectural best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce centralization initiative by merging two orgs.
Plan and execute Salesforce-to-Salesforce data migration.
Configure workflows for Membership Services and Business Development.
Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Support testing, deployment, and documentation for the centralized environment.
