Job summary

Idatalytics is seeking an experienced SPIFF Implementation Specialist to lead the configuration and rollout of SPIFF, our sales incentive platform integrated with Salesforce.

You will manage end-to-end implementation, design commission plans, config automated payouts, and deliver training. Collaboration with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and IT will ensure data governance and scalable integrations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SPIFF implementation experience.
• Strong Salesforce knowledge (Sales Cloud, data model, Flows or APIs).
• Familiarity with sales compensation structures—quotas, accelerators, splits.
• Ability to translate business rules into platform configuration.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SPIFF implementation, including requirements gathering, configuration, and go-live support
• Build and manage Salesforce integration to sync data into SPIFF for accurate commissions
• Design commission plans, accelerators, and SPIFF rules in collaboration with Sales, RevOps, and Finance stakeholders
• Configure automated payout workflows and approval chains within SPIFF
• Conduct UAT with sales reps and managers, resolving data or calculation discrepancies
• Create admin and end-user documentation and deliver training sessions
• Partner with IT/Security to ensure the integration meets data governance and access control requirements
