Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Solution Owner to drive end-to-end outcomes for Salesforce platforms including ConnectSource and Marketing Cloud. You will lead cross-functional delivery teams, translate business goals into delivery plans, and ensure governance, budgeting, and run readiness.

You will manage onshore and offshore teams, drive run stability, and align with enterprise SDLC standards while partnering with product and leadership to evolve the Salesforce roadmap in a regulated healthcare

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience, preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams (Engineering, QA, BA, PM).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce-based solutions and enterprise application environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outcomes for Salesforce solutions across intake, build, implementation, transition to run and run support.
• Serve as the single accountable owner for Salesforce delivery, stability, and outcomes.
• Translate product and business goals into executable delivery plans with clear scope and milestones.
• Define and operate a consistent flow of work for Salesforce solutions from intake through run.
• Build and manage delivery plans, schedules, and budgets for Salesforce initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams across onshore and offshore locations.
