Job summary
Agiloft is seeking a Senior IT Solutions Architect to lead strategy and execution for our Salesforce ecosystem. You will gather requirements, design data flows, and guide admins in implementing changes across Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
You will oversee data integration with multiple systems, mentor Salesforce Administrators, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize CRM performance and value delivery.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years Salesforce/enterprise systems experience.
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
- Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Deep understanding of business processes.
- Project management knowledge for multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor Salesforce Administrators.
- Development & Optimization: Lead Salesforce customizations, objects, flows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
- Salesforce Administration: Handle day-to-day requests and troubleshooting.
- Project Leadership: Lead projects impacting Salesforce or data flows.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote Salesforce best practices and automation.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external partners.
- Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to deliver Salesforce solutions.
- Integration Support: Oversee Salesforce integrations with connected services.
- Leverage AI to improve efficiency and value delivery.
