Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals in Lexington, MA is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect to shape and evolve our Salesforce ecosystem across commercial, sales, and marketing. This hands-on role combines solution design with implementation oversight.

You will own architecture for Service Cloud, Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud, mentor admins, and partner with IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and value-driven Salesforce solutions in a regulated biotech

Qualifications

5+ years Salesforce experience with hands-on configuration and design.
Experience architecting Salesforce Cloud solutions in commercial settings.
Experience with Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, and Salesforce integrations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile using JIRA and Confluence.
Salesforce certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical architect and owner for Salesforce Commercial platforms (Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, AI features).
Actively design and hands-on configure Salesforce solutions (objects, flows, security, data structures).
Partner with Commercial Operations, Marketing, Patient Services and Analytics teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce architectures.
Design and support Marketing Cloud journeys, integrations, and data synchronization across platforms.
Define and enforce Salesforce governance, best practices, and architectural standards.
Oversee integrations using APIs and middleware to connect Salesforce with external systems.
Collaborate with IT, Security, Legal, and Compliance to ensure data privacy and regulatory alignment.
Mentor administrators and developers and promote strong technical practices.
