Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Salesforce Consultant and Solutions Architect to join our project teams. You will design, configure, and deliver Salesforce solutions for client engagements, bridging business needs with technical execution.

You will work hands-on with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, lead implementation workstreams, and collaborate with architects, PMs, and Analysts. Travel up to 20% nationwide and contribute to high-impact client outcomes.

Qualifications

Hands-on competency with Salesforce core products and Sales/Service Cloud.
Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certs with 4+ years on the Salesforce platform.
Recent hands-on experience configuring, testing, and deploying production Salesforce solutions.
Experience across end-to-end implementation lifecycle from discovery to support.
Experience providing business, operational, and technical consulting to clients.
Detail-oriented self-starter who can work independently and mentor others.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to work cross-functional.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams with quality and deadlines.
Ability to log time daily for client/project reporting.
Positive, solutions-oriented attitude; thrives in fast-paced environments.
Minimum 20% travel; US-wide eligibility.
Salesforce certifications beyond core platform are required.
Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Participate in discovery; document requirements and draft Scope of Work.
Estimate implementation effort with Practice Directors and Solution Architects.
Capture business needs and map current/future processes.
Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using standard capabilities.
Own workstreams; build configurations with architects, PMs, analysts, and developers.
Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, and client status discussions.
Build declarative automations, data models, security/sharing, reports and dashboards.
Support integrations, data migration, and issue resolution with the technical team.
Create test plans; support user acceptance testing and QA.
Document designs, deliver training, and own deliverables through deployment.
