Job summary

Maven Companies Inc. seeks an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect focused on Service Cloud and Agentforce. You will lead design, configuration, and integration across enterprise environments, mentor developers, and partner with product teams to ensure scalable, secure delivery.

Responsibilities include discovery workshops, phased deployments, and ensuring data quality and governance across Knowledge and Data Cloud platforms. Strong communication skills required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of Service Cloud: omnichannel routing, case management, knowledge, SLAs, and contact center operations.
• Hands-on Agentforce implementation: discovery, design, configuration, integration, testing, production optimization.
• Agentforce Builder skills: subagents/topics, instructions, actions, Prompt Builder, and custom capabilities using Flow, Apex, and APIs.
• Grounding agent responses in trusted enterprise data (Salesforce Knowledge, Data Cloud) with data quality and access controls.
• Lead and mentor Agentforce developers; establish standards; review designs and code; troubleshoot complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and architecture workshops; advise customers on Salesforce and Agentforce options.
• Prioritize use cases; assess readiness; explain constraints; propose phased implementations.
• Define when to use standard Salesforce, automation, or Agentforce based on business needs, risk, and cost.
• Collaborate with Salesforce product teams; evaluate features, SKUs, licensing, and roadmap capabilities.
• Ensure secure design, least-privilege access, and data privacy across integrations.
