Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of Agentforce.
• At least 10 years of Salesforce experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud features.
• Able to recommend best practices around design and development.
• Lead and mentor the team in designing and reviewing code and best practices.
• Hands-on with LWC, Aura, Apex, Visualforce.
• Rich experience in data migration and enterprise integrations.
• Maps the project lifecycle with the project manager and manages rollout and post-deliverable strategy.
• Experience in planning, estimation, delivery model, and client interaction skills.
