Job summary

DynPro Inc. seeks a Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud and strong hands-on development.

You will lead solution architecture across the Salesforce platform, partnering with business and engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. Responsibilities include owning end-to-end architecture, translating requirements into scalable designs, leading hands-on development, and enforcing best practices in CI/CD, testing, and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Salesforce with 3+ years in Architect/Lead role.
• Strong experience delivering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud end-to-end.
• Hands-on development with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
• SOQL/SOSL, security model, sharing, and governor limits.
• Integration experience: REST/SOAP APIs and data migration.
• Translate business requirements into scalable designs.
• Strong communication to drive technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into scalable designs, data models, and integrations.
• Lead hands-on development and provide technical leadership.
• Design automation with Flows and Apex; ensure performance and governance.
• Build and optimize solutions using Lightning, Apex, triggers, schedules, and APIs.
• Define integration approach using REST/SOAP and Platform Events.
• Enforce best practices: CI/CD, branching, reviews, release management.
• Support deployment processes using Copado/Gearset/Jenkins/GitHub Actions.
• Mentor developers and collaborate with admins/analysts on configuration vs customization.
• Participate in architecture reviews and roadmap planning.
