Job summary

Veriipro in Seattle, WA, seeks a Senior Salesforce Architect to design and deliver enterprise Service Cloud solutions and Agentforce implementations. You will architect, configure, and code using Apex, LWC, Flow, and APIs while guiding phased deployments and integrations with Snowflake.

You will lead technical design reviews, mentor developers, and collaborate with admins, data engineers, and vendors to ensure scalable, secure solutions and strong SLA performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proven implementation experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flow, and APIs.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and data integrations.
• Knowledge of Kafka or similar event-driven messaging technologies.
• Strong security, governance, and deployment practices.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor developers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for enterprise environments.
• Lead Agentforce implementation initiatives from discovery to deployment.
• Configure and customize Agentforce Builder, topics, subagents, instructions, actions, and Prompt Builder.
• Develop custom capabilities using Salesforce Flow, Apex, LWC, and APIs.
• Implement Service Cloud with case management, omnichannel routing, knowledge, and SLAs.
• Design and secure integrations with Snowflake and other data platforms.
• Work with batch and real-time integration patterns and event-driven architectures.
• Establish best practices for Agentforce security and production monitoring.
• Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring of Salesforce developers.
• Conduct customer discovery and architecture workshops; guide phased implementations.
• Define and monitor performance metrics for Agentforce and Service Cloud.
