Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking a Scrum Master to support 1–3 delivery teams in a fast-paced, product development setting in Tulsa. You will foster self-organization, coach teams on Agile and Scrum, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders.

This role emphasizes continuous improvement, removal of impediments, and alignment with roadmaps and sprint goals. The ideal candidate brings CSM/SSM certification, 2–4 years of experience, and hands-on Jira and Confluence expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Certified Scrum Master Certification (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master Certification (SSM) or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience across technical and business environments.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile Scrum teams.
• Experience with Agile Toolsets (Atlassian tool suite, specifically JIRA and Confluence).
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support 1–3 delivery teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
• Facilitate Scrum events and coach teams on Scrum practices.
