Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking a Scrum Master to support 1–3 delivery teams in a fast-paced product development environment. You will foster self-organization, coach teams in Agile and Scrum practices, and ensure clear communication and accountability across the program.

The role emphasizes facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing obstacles, and guiding teams toward sustainable velocity. Strong collaboration with stakeholders and cross-team coordination are essential for success at BOK Financial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• CSM or SAFe Scrum Master Certification or equivalent.
• 2–4 years' experience in broad technical/business environments.
• Minimum 1 year leading Agile Scrum teams.
• Experience with Atlassian toolset (JIRA and Confluence).
• Experience coordinating cross-team work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Support Scrum as a framework for IT delivery teams.
• Facilitate all Scrum events and ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, Retrospective, Refinement, daily stand-ups).
• Lead the team in establishing feasible goals for feature and sprint timelines.
• Promote self-organization and continuous improvement within the team.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve obstacles, and manage stakeholder expectations.
