Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of product delivery domains aligning business objectives, technology initiatives, and delivery roadmaps.
• Drive portfolio planning, prioritization, and roadmap development to maximize value and impact.
• Partner with business and technology executives to set priorities and align delivery outcomes with strategic goals.
• Lead cross-domain prioritization and trade-off decisions involving scope, timing, capacity, risk, and value.
• Establish and reinforce product delivery standards, governance, and performance across domains.
• Mentor Product Owners and Technical Analysts to build accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor portfolio health using delivery metrics, dependency management, and forecasting.
• Champion ongoing improvements to delivery capabilities, tools, processes, and methodologies.
