Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce apps.
• Test Icomm billing functionality and related integrations.
• Develop and execute test cases and test scripts.
• Perform API testing to validate data exchanges.
• Use Postman for API testing, request validation, and troubleshooting.
• Validate REST/SOAP APIs, statuses, payloads, and data integrity.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and QA teams to resolve defects.
• Perform regression testing after enhancements and fixes.
• Provide status updates on testing progress and risks.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tester with strong expertise in Salesforce application testing, Icomm billing testing, and API testing. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience validating Salesforce integrations, billing processes, and APIs using Postman, with a strong understanding of end‑to‑end QA processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.
• Test Icomm billing functionality, including billing workflows, transactions, and integrations.
• Develop and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Perform API testing to validate data exchanges between Salesforce and external systems.
• Use Postman for API testing, request validation, response verification, and troubleshooting.
• Validate REST/SOAP APIs, HTTP status codes, request/response payloads, and data integrity.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects using appropriate defect-management tools.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, business analysts, integration teams, and other QA professionals to resolve defects.
• Perform regression testing following application enhancements and defect fixes.
• Validate data across Salesforce and integrated downstream/upstream systems.
• Participate in requirements analysis, test planning, execution, and release validation.
• Provide regular status updates on testing progress, defects, risks, and test results.

• Strong experience in Salesforce Testing / QA.
• Hands‑on experience with Icomm billing testing REQUIRED.
• Strong experience with API Testing.
• Hands‑on experience using Postman.

• Experience creating test cases and test scenarios from business and technical requirements.
