Qualifications

• Experience in Salesforce testing/QA and integrations.
• Hands-on Icomm billing testing experience required.
• Experience in API testing and Postman.
• Strong defect tracking and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce apps.
• Test Icomm billing functionality and related integrations.
• Develop and execute test cases and test scripts.
• Perform API testing to validate data exchanges.
• Use Postman for API testing, request validation, and troubleshooting.
• Validate REST/SOAP APIs, statuses, payloads, and data integrity.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and QA teams to resolve defects.
• Perform regression testing after enhancements and fixes.
• Provide status updates on testing progress and risks.
