Job summary

DeWinter Group seeks a Salesforce QA Engineer to ensure quality of Salesforce and CPQ solutions. You will perform functional testing of CPQ, quotes, pricing rules, and end-to-end testing across integrated systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will develop and maintain test cases, validate lead-to-cash workflows, generate SOX-audit documentation, and write SQL queries for data validation. Onsite Bay Area 4 days a week; remote work not supported.

Qualifications

• Proven Salesforce QA experience with Salesforce and CPQ.
• Hands-on testing of Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud, including quotes and pricing rules.
• End-to-end testing across integrated systems and data validation.
• Ability to write and execute test cases and scripts, independently.
• Experience with lead-to-cash or quote-to-cash workflows.
• Knowledge of SOQL and regression testing; SOX/audit documentation awareness.

Responsibilities

Salesforce QA Engineer

Join a dynamic team as a Salesforce QA Engineer and play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of Salesforce and CPQ solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute to complex, end-to-end testing processes within a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to validate new features, improve system reliability, and support seamless sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional testing of Salesforce flows, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, and CPQ/quoting logic
• Execute hands-on testing of Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud, including quote creation, product configuration, pricing rules, and approval workflows
• Perform end-to-end testing across integrated systems, ensuring data accuracy and system cohesion
• Develop, execute, and maintain test cases and scripts independently
• Validate lead-to-cash and quote-to-cash workflows, ensuring smooth operational processes
• Perform data validation, including source vs. destination record comparison and mismatches identification
• Apply structured regression testing practices following each deployment
• Generate detailed SOX/audit-compliant documentation, including test evidence, pass/fail sign-offs, and traceability reports for audit teams

Required Skills:

• Proven Salesforce QA experience with specific expertise in Salesforce and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud, especially quote creation, product configuration, and pricing rules
• Strong understanding of end-to-end integrated system testing
• Ability to independently write and execute test cases and scripts
• Experience testing lead-to-cash or quote-to-cash workflows
• Data validation skills and basic SOQL query proficiency
• Knowledge of regression testing methodologies
• Familiarity with SOX and audit documentation requirements for test evidence delivery

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud or related cloud solutions
• Advanced SOQL query capabilities
• Exposure to other Salesforce modules or related automation tools
• Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
• 4+ years of dedicated Salesforce QA testing experience, particularly in a high-demand environment

Other Requirements:

• Must be local to the Bay Area with the ability to work onsite 4 days a week
• Availability for interviews with key team members, including Rathnakar
• Prior experience with SOX/audit process documentation is highly desirable
• Remote work is not supported; onsite presence required
