Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Automation QA Engineer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in testing Salesforce applications, developing automated test scripts, and ensuring the quality and performance of our Salesforce-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using tools like Selenium, TestNG, Provar, or similar.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for Salesforce features.
• Validate and test Salesforce customizations (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components) and configurations.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Identify, document, and track defects in the defect management system (e.g., JIRA).
• Perform end-to-end testing across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.).
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
• Maintain and update QA documentation, including test cases, test plans, and test data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA experience with a focus on Salesforce testing and automation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce data model.
• Hands‑on experience with automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Provar, or UFT.
• Proficiency in test frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket) and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, SOAP UI) is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
