Job summary

The Select Group is seeking a Software Quality Engineer to join a Salesforce CRM Platform team in a hybrid role based in Durham, NC, with optional work in Hoboken, NJ. You will validate new functionality, ensure platform stability, and support high-quality releases across the Salesforce ecosystem.

You’ll execute manual and automated tests, collaborate with developers and product owners, participate in sprint planning, and help improve automation coverage and QA practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Software Quality Engineering or QA experience.
• Strong Salesforce Service Cloud testing experience.
• Hands-on test automation experience.
• API and integration testing experience.
• Agile software development experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce enhancements.
• Validate Service Cloud functionality and integrations.
• Participate in sprint planning, testing, and release activities.
• Log, track, and retest defects.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.
