Job summary

Ellenco Estágios e Treinamentos is seeking a Sr Quality Engr Software QA to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce apps through manual and automated testing. The role emphasizes testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and FSL, plus API/integration testing with MuleSoft and other systems.

The candidate should have 5+ years in manual testing and 1–2 years in automation, strong Salesforce knowledge, and experience delivering high-quality enterprise solutions in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manual testing and 1–2 years automation testing for large, complex web apps with 3+ years Salesforce testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, relationships, workflows, security roles and permission sets.
• Experience in Python/Java coding for test automation.
• Experience testing Salesforce configurations, integrations, and end-to-end business processes.
• Hands-on experience building automated test scripts.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, web services, and system integrations using Postman.
• Willingness to engage in Trailhead and certification programs; SQL for backend/ETL testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for Salesforce apps, including configurations and integrations.
• Validate Salesforce functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and FSL.
• Develop and maintain automated regression test scripts.
• Perform functional, integration, API, end-to-end, and regression tests for Salesforce and connected systems.
• Review requirements and designs to ensure test coverage and traceability.
• Execute API and integration tests for Salesforce and MuleSoft connections.
• Manage defect lifecycle from reporting to closure.
• Prepare test data and validate data integrity across environments.
• Collaborate with BAs, Developers, PO, and DevOps in an Agile setting.
• Provide testing estimates for manual tests and input into automation estimates.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning/retrospectives.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and QA automation best practices.
