We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA). This is a specialized Salesforce testing role.

The successful candidate will test complex lead-to-cash and quote-to-cash workflows, validate integrations between Salesforce and downstream systems, and produce detailed testing evidence that meets SOX and audit requirements.

• Perform functional testing of Salesforce flows, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, profiles, and sharing configurations.
• Test Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud Advanced functionality, including:
• Quote creation and amendments
• Product configuration and bundles
• Pricing and calculation rules
• Discount schedules
• Approval workflows
• Execute end-to-end testing across Salesforce and integrated downstream systems.
• Validate lead-to-cash and quote-to-cash business processes.
• Independently develop, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test scripts.
• Perform source-to-destination data validation and identify record or field-level discrepancies.
• Use basic SOQL queries to verify Salesforce records and data integrity.
• Conduct structured regression testing following deployments and system enhancements.
• Document defects with clear reproduction steps, expected results, actual results, and supporting evidence.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, Salesforce administrators, and integration teams.
• Prepare audit-ready SOX testing evidence and change-management documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Strong professional experience as a Salesforce QA Engineer or Salesforce Test Engineer.
• Hands-on testing experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) is mandatory.
• Experience testing quote creation, product configuration, pricing rules, discount schedules, and approval workflows.
• Strong understanding of lead-to-cash or quote-to-cash processes.
• Experience testing Salesforce integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
• Ability to write and execute test cases independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience performing data reconciliation and source-to-target validation.
• Working knowledge of SOQL for record verification and troubleshooting.
• Strong regression-testing methodology and attention to detail.
• Experience preparing SOX or audit-compliant test evidence.

SOX Documentation Requirements

Candidates must have experience producing high-quality audit evidence that includes:

• Test scripts with expected and actual results
• Pass/fail status and formal sign-off
• Tester attestation
• Screenshots and supporting documentation
• Traceability between control requirements and test execution
• Clearly organized evidence packages for change-management approval

Documentation quality is critical, as this person will provide testing evidence directly to the SOX team.
