Solü Technology Partners is seeking an experienced Salesforce Program Manager to oversee the setup and implementation of a Salesforce program. This role will manage multiple Salesforce projects, drive workflow automation and business process improvements, establish governance processes, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, and ensure projects meet business and technical requirements, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

This position is primarily remote, with one in-person day in Columbus every two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce program strategy, planning, implementation, and roadmap development.
• Oversee Salesforce Org setup, projects, application rewrites, governance, and operations.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, deliverables, resources, and project documentation.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, leadership, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and align priorities.
• Analyze business processes and lead workflow automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, conduct status meetings, and report progress to leadership.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and architects on technical solutions, integrations, scalability, and platform performance.
• Lead change management, user training, onboarding, and Salesforce adoption efforts.
• Track KPIs, develop reports and dashboards, and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent technical study.
• 7+ years of IT project management experience, including managing multiple projects concurrently with successful delivery.
• 5+ years of business process analysis experience.
• 3+ years of workflow automation experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must be able to attend in-person meetings in Columbus, Ohio, one day every two weeks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) credentials.
• Experience leading digital workflow automation projects.
