Job summary

Gov Services Hub seeks a Program Manager to lead the Ohio DCY Salesforce Program, overseeing setup, implementation, and alignment with business goals. You will drive vision and manage end-to-end Salesforce projects, including budgets, timelines, and resources, while ensuring governance and risk management.

You will liaise with stakeholders and technical teams, champion CRM best practices, and lead change management and user training to enable adoption of Salesforce features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years IT project management experience.
• 5+ years of business process analysis experience.
• 3+ years of workflow automation experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup and implementation of the Ohio Department of Children and Youth's Salesforce Program.
• Define and drive program vision, strategy, and roadmap to align Salesforce initiatives with business goals and stakeholder priorities.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce-related projects including timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Ensure program governance, risk management, and compliance for all Salesforce implementations.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating requirements gathering and expectation setting.
• Analyze and improve business processes using Salesforce automation and champion CRM best practices.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and architects to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of the Salesforce platform; oversee integrations with other systems.
• Lead change management and training initiatives to support adoption of Salesforce features, including planning and coordinating user training.
• Track and report on KPIs and success metrics for Salesforce initiatives, delivering actionable dashboards and reports.
• Provide general project management support including developing work breakdown structures, project schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead meetings, facilitate vendor management, and manage risks/issues across multiple projects and vendors.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Maintain excellent documentation, create detailed project documents, and deliver presentations to various audiences.

• Preferred: Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations, PMP certification, and experience leading digital workflow automation projects.
