The role emphasizes governance, vendor coordination, and driving workflow automation and process improvements, with a primarily remote arrangement and a Columbus, OH in-person day every two weeks.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent technical study.
• 7+ years of IT project management experience with multiple projects.
• 5+ years of business process analysis experience.
• 3+ years of workflow automation experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Competency in MS Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must attend in-person meetings in Columbus, OH, one day every two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce program strategy, planning, implementation, and roadmap development.
• Oversee Salesforce Org setup, projects, governance, and operations.
• Manage multiple projects budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Analyze business processes and drive workflow automation initiatives.
• Identify risks, run status meetings, and report progress to leadership.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers and architects on technical solutions.
