Surplus Solutions invites a Salesforce Program Manager & Administrator to join our IT / Business Systems team in Woonsocket, RI. This full-time role combines hands-on Salesforce development with project portfolio ownership and vendor liaison responsibilities to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.

The candidate will own the Salesforce environment end-to-end, gather requirements from multiple departments, and work with leadership to prioritize initiatives while coordinating with external partners

Qualificações

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years Salesforce development experience and 2+ years project management experience.
• Experience working with external development vendors/partners.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Own and administer the Salesforce environment day to day.
• Prioritize requirements from across departments with leadership.
• Design, configure, and develop Salesforce enhancements using Apex and LWC.
• Coordinate with external development partners for larger builds.
• Document workflows, configurations, and business rules for institutional knowledge.
