Job summary

Jobgether seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale Salesforce and CRM implementations from initiation through completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage change, monitor vendor performance, and drive risk-aware delivery across IT and business units in a global manufacturing environment.

The role requires senior project leadership, strong stakeholder engagement, and deep knowledge of CRM/ERP systems, governance, and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience managing large software implementation projects, preferably Salesforce or CRM
• Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce solutions and coordinating business/technical activities
• Experience overseeing third-party vendors and cross-functional delivery teams with KPI monitoring
• Understanding of CRM and ERP platforms and their role in business process improvement
• Experience managing complex projects valued at $3M+ lasting six months+ with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of project delivery best practices, governance, risk management, change control, and implementation planning
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, ServiceNow or Jira
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, SharePoint) and related reporting tools
• Ability to align project decisions with business priorities, finance considerations, and technology implications
• Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities across diverse functions and levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and effective meeting facilitation with senior leaders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities
• Emotional intelligence to navigate stakeholder relationships and manage conflicts constructively
• Comfort working in a global business environment with multiple departments
• Experience in a global manufacturing organization is a plus
• Certifications such as PMP, Salesforce Specialist, Sales Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Six Sigma, Lean, SAFe are beneficial
• Location and travel: reside in Georgia; up to ~15% travel; in-person meetings at designated locations

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce implementation projects from initiation to completion with defined scope, timelines, budgets and delivery plans
• Drive cross-functional project execution ensuring quality, accuracy and business value with clear milestones
• Manage organizational change across business units and stakeholder engagement
• Oversee vendor and consultant performance with KPIs and scorecards
• Manage risks, issues, decisions, actions and changes (RIDAC) and dependencies
• Maintain up-to-date project plans with milestones, tasks, resources and health indicators across streams
• Control scope and change with governance processes and impact assessment
• Coordinate stakeholders and resources across IT, business, leadership and vendors
• Support strategic and operational decision-making with stakeholder input and practical recommendations
• Maintain documentation, governance artifacts, and audit-ready artifacts throughout lifecycle
• Ensure operational readiness for launch and post-implementation support
• Promote continuous improvement and standardized best practices in delivery
• Communicate status, risks and decisions clearly and represent leadership in key meetings
